Posterino 1.4.3

We just released Posterino 1.4.3 featuring the following improvements:

  • [NEW] In cases where Posterino can’t find some of the images used in a document, a File Recovery window is displayed showing the missing images. The user can now point Posterino to the folders, iPhoto or Aperture libraries to look for the images in question.
  • [CHANGED] Changed some underlying details of the postcard interface to adopt to changes made by the Swiss Post to the server of the postcard service.

Posterino 1.4.2

  • [FIXED] The postcard details view now shows up as intended and you can send (real) postcards if you are running Mac OS X 10.5.5.

Posterino 1.4.1

We are delighted to announce that Posterino 1.4.1 is available now featuring various improvements:

  • [FIXED] “File” > “Import Images…” now works as expected.
  • [FIXED] Solved a bug that could lead to an unbelievable tiny font size of newly created text objects.
  • [CHANGED] Improved image recovery of image files that have been used in a Posterino document and then moved to a new location on the same hard disk. This should largely reduce the display of “yellow x’s”. All Posterino documents saved with the new version of Posterino will benefit from this improvement. To convert existing documents to the new document file format, just open and save them using Posterino.
  • [CHANGED] Some small updated to the online help regarding templates.
  • [NEW] You can now reveal a custom template in the Finder using the “Reveal in Finder” context menu item right from within the Template Chooser.
  • [NEW] You can now delete a custom template right from the Template Chooser context menu.

Proxymind 1.1.1

We are delighted to announce that Proxymind 1.1.1 is now available in the iTunes App Store showing many new improvements:

  • [FIXED] Solved an incompatibility appearing under iPhone OS 2.1 wich results in an application hang when entering note text or title.
  • [FIXED] Solved a bug that under rare circumstances could result in changes to a focus or note not being saved.
  • [CHANGED] Notes without location are now visible in focuses with enabled distance filtering.
  • [CHANGED] If the user leaves the application in the Focus View, the application is opened in the Focus View the next time started. No fallback to the “All” focus any more.
  • [NEW] An empty Items Filter View now shoes “Empty Focus” or “Determine location…” in the middle of the table view as long as now rows are visible.
  • [NEW] Auto mark note as undone on text change. This feature is by default off. Visit the “Proxymind” defaults in the Settings application to switch it on.
  • [NEW] Added “Clear Text” command to the “Trash Can” action of the note editor.
  • [NEW] Added tag and focus information to note mail export.
  • [NEW] New application icon.

Posterino 1.3.2

A new build of Posterino is available featuring the following improvements:

  • [NEW] Posterino now respects the rotation of an image.
  • [NEW] You can now scale the document independent from the graphic objects via the “Adapt size of all graphic objects” checkbox under “Poster” > “Scale…”.
  • [NEW] Added the ability to reset the Postmark preferences to the factory settings.
  • [FIXED] Solved a problem in the scaling mechanism that could lead to fewer scaling options if you want to send a poster as e-mail or postcard.
  • [FIXED] Fixed a bug that could lead in rare cases to a wrong image aspect ratio.
  • [FIXED] Solved a problem in the image rotation mechanism that could lead to invisible images at render time.
  • [FIXED] Solved a issue where the yellow “x” – that appears when Posterino can’t locate an image – does not go away even if you put a different image on the frame.
