Posterino 5.6 released - Inspector Reimagined

This summer marks a significant milestone for Posterino. The Inspector, one of the app’s oldest and most complex parts, has been rebuilt from the ground up. The new Inline Inspector brings quick, in‑place edits, and the refreshed panels keep everything where it belongs without clutter.

This overhaul wasn’t just about looks — it meant letting go of a lot of old baggage. Thousands of lines of legacy code are gone, replaced by something lighter and easier to maintain. Alongside the new Inspector comes the Material Sidebar, a faster way to browse and apply frames, backgrounds, and decorative styles. There are also new templates, frame and background styles, and creative layers to explore, from crosshatched “Hatching” patterns to a Notes layer for keeping private annotations inside your designs.

Behind the scenes, Posterino 5.6 is cleaner and more robust, with updated guides, smarter feedback, and countless small refinements. It’s the same Posterino at heart — lighter and better equipped for the future.

And the future is always changing, almost like a liquid…
